Launch offer terms

The offer

Hartkeep is newly launched. New clients who accept a Hartkeep agreement for a catalogue service before 31 March 2027 (23:59 UK time) receive 90% off our standard catalogue rate for that service (“launch pricing”). We may close the offer earlier if we reach capacity for founding clients; if we do, we'll update this page and the website straight away.

Standard rates

The “standard” price shown for each service in the catalogue is the price we will charge for that service once the launch period ends. It is our genuine intended rate — not an inflated reference price.

How it applies

• One-off services: launch pricing applies to the whole of the agreed scope, provided the agreement is accepted during the launch period.
• Monthly plans: launch pricing applies for the first 3 billing months. After that the standard monthly rate applies unless you cancel with 30 days' notice.
• “From” prices: where a service is priced “from”, the discount applies to the fixed price we quote for your agreed scope.
• Additional work: changes or additions agreed in writing during the launch period are also charged at launch pricing. Work agreed after it ends is charged at standard rates.

What's not discounted

Third-party costs are never part of our fees and are not discounted — for example e-commerce platform plans, apps, themes, hosting, domains, software licences, advertising spend and AI or API usage.

Same scope, same standards

Launch-rate work receives exactly the same scope, standards and care as standard-rate work. The only difference is the price.

Conditions

• The offer is for business clients only, and is subject to our terms of business.
• We may decline any engagement at our discretion — for example where we lack capacity, the work is not a good fit, or it would be unlawful or unethical.
• We may limit the number of launch-rate engagements per client.
• There is no cash alternative, and the offer cannot be transferred or combined with any other offer.
• Launch-rate fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable once work has started.
